Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a current unencumbered Indiana license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and supervise shift activities.
- Complete and file charting and reports for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Maintain inter-departmental relations to ensure nursing services run smoothly.
- Provide and supervise nursing care with a focus on resident safety and privacy.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
