Job summary

Fiberhire is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Concord, NH to oversee patient care and administer treatments in a long-term care setting. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to impact residents’ lives.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, administering medications, wound care, IV therapy, and coordinating admissions and transfers, while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all facility policies, as well as state and federal regulations
• Monitor residents’ health, report changes to physicians and families, and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications and treatments safely, observing for adverse reactions
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, and other clinical interventions as needed
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions
• Arrange follow-up appointments and necessary transportation
• Update and review resident care plans and participate in care conferences
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize resident outcomes
• Maintain precise medical records while protecting patient confidentiality
