Fiberhire is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team in Concord, NH 03301. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

You will provide direct patient care, supervise LNAs, administer medications and treatments, and help with admissions and transitions of care. An NH LPN license and CPR certification are required; LTC experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations.
• Supervise LNAs and ensure adherence to facility policies and care standards.
• Administer medications and treatments including IV therapy, wound care, and tube feedings.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions and report updates to the care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and family members.
