Job summary

Magnolia Care Centers in Lafayette Center, New Hampshire, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct patient care, oversee LNA staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans.

The position requires an RN license, a nursing degree, and CPR certification. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of LNA staff per regulations and facility policies.
• Monitor residents and report changes to physician and families; document accordingly.
• Transcribe physician orders and administer medications per orders; observe for adverse effects.
• Perform wound care, IV administration, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks as required.
• Develop and update care plans; coordinate admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; ensure confidentiality of health information.
