Job summary

SMP Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND. You will lead clinical teams, coordinate resident care, and drive positive outcomes for residents we serve.

Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, care plan updates, and supervising LPNs and CNAs. A ND RN license and EMR experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and support a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems.

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Pay & Benefits

$38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
