Job summary

Elderwood at Lancaster is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join a local nursing team serving residents in Lancaster and surrounding areas. Competitive pay and full benefits available. Available shifts include Days, Evenings, and Overnights with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to supervise and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor nursing care by Nursing Assistants.
• Assist with direct resident care as needed.
• Report changes to Unit Manager or Supervisor.
• Follow the Plan of Care and monitor care plan implementation.
• Document in care plans, nursing notes, MARs, and records.
