Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Full-time Inpatient RN in the Operating Room to provide direct patient care in a Level 1 Trauma OR with 24/7 operations and specialized rooms. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and administer treatments and medications.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, ensure safety and quality standards, participate in unit-based decision-making, safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to work under a Temporary Practice Permit until NCLEX is obtained.
• Strong assessment, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in rotating shifts and weekend call shifts.

Actively engages in team goals and organizational metrics, with support from nursing leadership.
