Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an Inpatient RN in the Operating Room to provide specialized surgical care in a Level 1 Trauma OR environment. This role involves rotating shifts and weekend call, with a focus on patient safety and collaborative teamwork.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and participate in education, discharge planning, and performance improvement initiatives, with ample opportunities for growth, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in surgical or operating room settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans including education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures according to policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment, contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
• Engage in unit and organizational goals, including safety education activities.
