Guthrie in Sayre, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional, comprehensive nursing care in an acute care setting. You will deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to patients and families across the lifespan, following state Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.

The role emphasizes safety, advocacy, education, and collaboration with an inter-professional team to optimize patient outcomes; inpatient responsibilities include assessment, planning, and continuous quality improvement.

Competenze

Must be a licensed RN in the state of employment.
BSN preferred; specific degree requirements may be defined by the unit or facilities.
Bachelor's degree in nursing may be required per negotiated agreements.
Specialty certification is preferred where applicable.
BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS may be unit dependent.
