Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to deliver high‑quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with physicians, therapists, and support services to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in NJ, an associate degree or diploma in nursing, and BSN progression within three to five years; six months of experience or Nurse Residency participation is preferred.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in Nursing or diploma in Nursing is required.
• BSN must be in progress or planned within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in NJ is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Document care accurately and timely; communicate with patients and families.
• Meet accreditation and licensing requirements and maintain competencies.
