Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery. The RN will provide direct nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and Texas Board requirements, coordinating plans of care with patients and families.

Expect collaboration with the health care team to ensure optimal maternal and newborn outcomes. Required RN licensure in Texas, BSN or ADN with diploma options, and certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP) within specified timelines.

• Requires current RN license in Texas.
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.
• 1 year of experience in labor/delivery or relevant obstetric nursing is preferred.

Job Summary and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:

The RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Las Palmas Medical Center and the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans and the plan of care.What qualifications you will need:
