Position: Registered Nurse – Night Shift

The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. They collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes, assess patient health data, and communicate effectively with patients and families. The role involves individualized patient education, support, and participation in performance improvement activities. The RN assists with technical procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and IV management, and may conduct wound/ostomy/skin care rounds if skilled. They adhere to HIPAA regulations and support patient transport as needed.

Qualifications

• Current IL Nursing License
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years of Labor and Delivery or acute care experience preferred
