REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5 years of experience in high acuity & high pace environments, with a minimum of 3 years of specific experience. First-time travelers will NOT be accepted.
2. Pre-approved time off will be considered case by case. Must work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
3. Floating required to Postpartum / Antepartum units; may float to sister facilities supporting Mom/Baby.
4. Experience supporting Midwifery clients, private OBs, Adult Recovery Services for substance recovery, and Community Care clinics.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• EPIC electronic fetal monitoring
• Experience in High Risk/High Volume L&D, all types
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high acuity environments
• Functions as Baby Nurse during delivery, providing continued newborn care until transfer to postpartum (HARD STOP REQUIREMENT, do not screen)
• Circulate during delivery, providing newborn care including eyes and Vit K injections, assessments (HARD STOP REQUIREMENT, do not screen)

SHIFT DETAILS:

• Day 3x12-Hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
• Overtime Multiplier: 1.3% for 40 hours/week

• New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, MLK, Christmas — falls within specified times as detailed.
