Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• If you hold a PA temporary practice permit, you must obtain RN licensure within one year.
• PA residency requirement is waived for this title.
• Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Medication management according to provider orders and records.
• Monitor health needs, schedule evaluations, ensure timely follow-up.
• Share essential medical information with staff and providers for continuity of care.
• Maintain organized medical files, reports, and required documentation.
