Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an Interventional Radiology professional in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on prep/recovery, moderate sedation, and a mix of inpatient/outpatient IR procedures in a Magnet, teaching hospital setting.

Shifts are 10 hours (0700-1730 or 0800-1830) with occasional on-call and weekend duties. ACLS and BLS are required, and Epic experience is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum one year of Interventional Radiology experience is required.
• Epic EMR experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prep and recovery of procedural patients.
• Moderate sedation in Interventional Radiology for CT, US, and IR cases.
• Inpatient and outpatient care.
• MRI monitoring of pacemaker patients.
• Anxiolysis for exams and medication administration for nuclear medicine patients.
• Procedures include biopsies, tubes, lines, drains, lytics, thrombectomies, neuro, body, vascular, liver embolizations.
• Equipment: Air Pal, ceiling lift, NK monitors with EtCO2 monitoring.

• Experience Required: 1 year
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional (Call only if able)
• On-call Requirement: Occasional (if able)
• Floating: Not required
• Block Schedule: Not accommodated
• Local Candidates: Not accepted (100-mile radius)
• Pending License: Accepted
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty
