Forsyth Medical Center, part of Novant Health, is expanding its 20-bed Intermediate Critical Care Unit in Winston-Salem, NC. The RN will provide direct patient care in a high-acuity environment, support biomarkers of recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes critical care skills such as titratable IV drips and BiPAP, with strong leadership support and opportunities for growth. Night shift, full-time position, competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; RN licensure in NC.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred; ICU or step-down experience valued.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensure must be current.

What We're Looking For:

• Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience : One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
