Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
• If RN license has been inactive or lapsed for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher is required before reactivating.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Perform focused respiratory assessments and intervene early for escalating oxygen/ventilatory needs.
• Manage specialized skills including tracheostomy, ventilated patient care, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest tube care.
• Provide advanced respiratory assessment and intervention to support patient stability.
• Oversee tracheostomy and ventilated patient management and respiratory device therapy.
