Home Health Care, Inc. seeks an RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary clinical team.

You will implement the nursing process, assess needs, and develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients and families. The role emphasizes ethical practice, safety, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring staff, contributing to protocol development, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license with multi-state or single-state certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within specified timeframes.
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and teamwork.
