Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an RN in a Critical Care role to support an interdisciplinary team in Hephzibah, GA, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.

You will engage in assessment, planning, and bedside care, while documenting and coordinating with physicians, families, and staff to improve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license current with required BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced emergency environments.
• Proficient with clinical technology and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in planning and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and evidence-based practice activities to ensure a competent and current workforce.
• Promote adherence to organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including data collection and protocol development.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, with required certifications in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent) upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills and ability to utilize clinical technology effectively.
