Role:

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; collaborating with the care team; monitoring patient conditions; delivering safe, effective care; maintaining documentation; advocating for patient needs; participating in performance improvement initiatives; and supporting shared governance and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; and relevant experience. Candidates should maintain professional competence, pursue ongoing education, and demonstrate leadership through mentorship and teamwork.

Skills required:
