Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy. Advocate for patients, respond to their needs, and promote patient and family satisfaction. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license (single-state or multi-state), and BLS certification. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. Maintains professional growth through ongoing training and participation in professional organizations. Fosters a positive work environment and supports mentorship and leadership within the nursing team.
