Job summary

CentraCare Health is seeking a CICU RN for the St. Cloud Hospital to deliver advanced cardiac care in a high-acuity unit.

You will care for critically ill cardiac patients, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and contribute to life-saving interventions in a fast-paced environment. The position offers part-time and full-time schedules, day/night rotations, and opportunities for bonuses, relocation assistance, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required.
• BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired.
• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized cardiac care to CICU patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and recovery.
• Participate in 8- or 12-hour shift rotations and weekend scheduling.
• Support patient education and care planning in a high-acuity CICU setting.

Job description

Find a unique and rewarding next step in your nursing career by joining the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at the St. Cloud Hospital.As a CICU RN, you will be at the forefront of providing specialized care to patients with critical cardiac conditions. This role allows you to develop and utilize advanced skills in cardiac nursing. Working in the CICU, you will play a critical role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. The ability to make a significant impact on the recovery and well-being of cardiac patients can be highly fulfilling.

Current openings (subject to change):

• Part-time| 48 hours every two weeks
• Full-time | 60 hours every two weeks
• Day/night rotation| 8 and 12-hour shifts | 7am-3:30pm, 7am-7:30pm, 7pm -7:30am and 11pm-7:30am
• Straight night schedule is a possibility
• Every third weekend | Predetermined holiday rotation

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program required, BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN or higher required within three (3) years of being hired
• Current Minnesota RN license required
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider care required
• National Certification in Nursing Specialty preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Previous nursing experience preferred, new graduates to apply through the Graduate Nurse Residency Program
