Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit, MO, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its ICU. This full-time night shift role offers 36 hours weekly with opportunities for extra shifts and supportive leadership.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Nights

Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist

Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night

Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts.

Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
