Saint Luke's East Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU, Night Shift, full-time. This role works with intensivists, NPs, and a nursing assistant team, with respiratory therapy available at night. A strong governance culture supports ongoing education and professional development.

In this hospital setting, you will coordinate care for a group of patients, supervise care tasks, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while handling a variety of patient conditions daily.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Registered Nurse - Various Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Perform patient care tasks and delegate tasks as needed.
• Supervise other patient care staff during shifts.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the health care team.
• Engage with physicians, NP’s and Intensivists to ensure optimal outcomes.

Saint Luke's East Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Intensive Care Unit. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Nights Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts. In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures. This opportunity will allow you to work with a variety of patient care, conditions, and diagnoses, which will allow you to overcome new challenges every day.
