Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU. This full-time night shift (36 hours) offers opportunities to work with intensivists, NPs, and a skilled Nursing team in a busy hospital setting.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate plans of care, delegate tasks, and ensure patient outcomes in collaboration with the health care team, while maintaining adherence to policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed in the state
• BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross)
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the ICU using nursing process
• Supervise patient care staff when assigned
• Coordinate plan of care with physicians and NPs
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapy and other ICU team members during shifts
