Cormendi Health is seeking a holistically minded Registered Nurse to join our growing integrative medicine practice. You will coordinate medication management, patient education, and care plans while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care in a collaborative setting.

This on‑site role requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical nursing in outpatient or primary care, with IV therapy or procedural experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient, primary care, or integrative medicine is a plus.
• IV therapy, infusion, or procedural experience is a plus.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate interpersonal skills and develop rapport with patients, team members, and physicians.
• Serve as the point person for medication management, including orders, refills, reconciliation, and patient check-ins.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical updates to providers.
• Serve as the primary contact for patients between appointments and guide questions.
• Supervise and manage Medical Assistants.
• Recognize symptoms, drug properties and interactions, within scope of practice.
• Complete preoperative clearances and other forms and documents.
• Review and assist with care plan implementation and clinical follow-through.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Use EMR and electronic systems effectively.
• Complete prior authorizations for medications and imaging.
• Help maintain clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality of care.
• Phlebotomy and IV skills are a plus.
