Cincinnati Children’s is seeking registered nurses for Integrative Care to provide holistic, patient- and family-centered nursing within a pediatric environment. The role focuses on integrative therapies, caring for whole persons, and coordinating across inpatient teams on Burnet Campus.

The position offers full-time day shifts, 40 hours per week, with a rotating weekend schedule roughly every six weeks. A BSN is preferred, with opportunities for certification in integrative therapies.

Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing and commitment to BSN.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
2+ years nursing experience required.
Registered Nurse License in the State of Ohio.
Preferred: Certification in Reiki I or Healing Touch I. Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or other related integrative healthcare certification or licensure.

Responsabilités

Perform comprehensive assessments using the nursing process and develop patient/family centered plans of care.
Prioritize workflow and manage integrative nursing care within division guidelines.
Support performance improvement and continuing education in integrative nursing practice.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient health and wellbeing.
Document services and interventions and ensure continuity of care.
