Job summary

Cormendi Health is seeking a holistically minded Registered Nurse to join our growing integrative medicine practice. You will coordinate medication management, patient education, and care plans while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care in a collaborative setting.

This on‑site role requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical nursing in outpatient or primary care, with IV therapy or procedural experience a plus.

Qualifications

Active RN license (required).
2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Experience in outpatient, primary care, or integrative medicine is a plus.
IV therapy, infusion, or procedural experience is a plus.
Strong patient education and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate interpersonal skills and develop rapport with patients, team members, and physicians.
Serve as the point person for medication management, including orders, refills, reconciliation, and patient check-ins.
Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical updates to providers.
Serve as the primary contact for patients between appointments and guide questions.
Supervise and manage Medical Assistants.
Recognize symptoms, drug properties and interactions, within scope of practice.
Complete preoperative clearances and other forms and documents.
Review and assist with care plan implementation and clinical follow-through.
Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
Use EMR and electronic systems effectively.
Complete prior authorizations for medications and imaging.
Help maintain clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality of care.
Phlebotomy and IV skills are a plus.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a holistically minded Registered Nurse to work in our growing, independent Integrative Medicine practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a growth mindset, and is able to juggle multiple things at once while paying attention to the details. Our ideal candidate is able to work well both independently and as part of a team and possesses strong written and oral communication skills while delivering excellent patient care.

Your Role

Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport and maintain positive, professional relationships with a variety of patients, team members and physicians. Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with others.
Serve as the point person for medication management, including but not limited to, orders, refills, reconciliation, and patient check-ins.
