Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a brand new 24-bed complex surgical unit, delivering care to pediatric patients across orthopedic, general surgery, urology, organ transplant, and ESRD populations. The role supports a 2:1 nursing ratio on 12 beds and emphasizes family-centered, multidisciplinary collaboration.

Requires BSN and MA RN licensure with 1+ year inpatient acute RN experience; pediatric experience and PALS/ACLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure.
• PALS or ACLS preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
