Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Therapy team. The RN manages patient care episodes in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and other clinicians to ensure safe, quality care.

The role requires a BSN/BAN, Minnesota RN license, and BLS, with at least 1 year of chemotherapy administration experience and ONS certification; casual day shifts from morning to late afternoon are available.

Qualifications

• BSN/BAN in Nursing required.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.
• 1 year of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy administration experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification.

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups, and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Work Schedule:

Casual, day shift with varying start times of 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  • BSN/BAN in Nursing required.
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
  • Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
  • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Additional Requirements:
  • 1 year of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy administration experience.
