Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Clinical Support Tech to join Park Nicollet's team in Minnesota. The role supports patient care and may assist in supply and sterilization, maintaining a clean and safe environment in alignment with infection control and OSHA standards.

Key qualifications include 2 years of healthcare or customer service experience, BLS within one week of hire, and completion of medical terminology/pharmacology courses within six months. The schedule is weekdays, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience and/or healthcare experience.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date).
• Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintain BLS certification per AHA; no online-only courses accepted.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English.

Clinical Support Tech

Position Summary:

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Start times may vary. 7:45am-4:15pm

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  • 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience
  • Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire (effective April 7, 2025; not required if hired prior to this date).
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
  • Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instruction work efficiently despite interruptions and maintain a courteous and cooperative manner
