Job summary

HealthPartners Park Nicollet seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Infusion Therapy team. The RN delivers safe, high-quality chemotherapy care and coordinates patient plans with families and the care team.

The role requires a BSN/BAN, MN RN license and BLS per AHA guidelines, plus 1 year of chemo administration experience and ONS certification. Day shifts, casual schedule, on-site in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• BSN/BAN in Nursing required.
• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License.
• BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines.
• 1 year of inpatient or outpatient chemotherapy administration experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages the episode of patient care in partnership with patients, caregivers, groups and other providers to deliver safe, quality care.
• Coordinates and supervises care delegated to Nursing Assistants and other personnel.
• Delivers chemotherapy-related care in infusion therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Registered Nurse – Infusion Therapy

Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups, and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Work Schedule:

Casual, day shift with varying start times of 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  • BSN/BAN in Nursing required.
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
  • Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
  • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Additional Requirements:
