Capital Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. The role emphasizes the nursing process, patient safety, and patient-family support across multiple units.

The position requires appropriate RN licensure and credentials, with several certifications preferred or required within specified timeframes. A strong emphasis on discharge planning and care coordination is noted throughout the role.

Formación

• Associate degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in NJ or multi-state.
• ATCN or TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification or obtain by orientation.
• 8 hours of Trauma-related CNE annually if assigned to trauma units.
• ACLS within 6 months for specified units.
• NRP within 6 months for maternity services.
• PALS within 6 months for specified pediatric areas.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers quality care to patients through the nursing process and teamwork.
• Ensures patient safety by following policies and procedures.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
• Provides handoff communication and coordinates with care team.
• Contributes to regulatory readiness and quality improvement.
• Manages pain control and comfort measures for patients.
