• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and high-quality care.
• Completes required education and maintains certifications; adheres to ethics and professional standards.
• Delegates appropriately to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area to meet patient needs.
