Job summary
Covenant Village Care Center is seeking anRegistered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and procedures, while supervising assigned STNAs to uphold high-quality care. You will develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and conduct daily rounds to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
The role requires a current RN license, strong English communication, teamwork, and knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory guidelines for care
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work with residents of varying age-related needs.
- Leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and guidelines for care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medications and procedures.
- Supervise and direct STNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure quality care and identify improvements.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervisors.
