Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma City is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes maintaining patient rights and confidentiality and upholding Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience: 1 year of experience
• Certifications: Life support certification current upon hire and in alignment with Mercy policy no later than 90 days after hire. For Med Surg (MS) and Women's and Children's (WC) - BLS; For Critical Care (CC) - BLS, ACLS; For ED - BLS, ACLS, PALS

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients.
• Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
