Job summary

Mercy is hiring a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and coordinate care with other departments. You will uphold Mercy Service Standards and operate with professional accountability across shifts.

Key qualifications include RN licensure in Oklahoma or compact, graduation from an approved nursing program, and current BLS/ACLS/neonatal and pediatric certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Oklahoma or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/NRP/PEARS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates with other departments.
