Duke Primary Care is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join its Morrisville team, delivering compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to patients across ages. You will plan and provide evidence-based nursing care, coordinate with physicians, and support families in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, NC RN licensure, and BLS; experienced RNs are preferred. The clinic offers a collaborative atmosphere, with opportunities for professional growth and relocation

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Licensure: current North Carolina RN in good standing; BLS required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or higher) required or equivalent diploma.
• RNs hired without BSN must enroll in BSN within 2 years and complete within 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Act as team leader or charge nurse for a unit or group of patients.
• Monitor environment, equipment and resources to ensure safe care.
• Engage in professional development and maintain competencies.
• Serve as preceptor and support the development of staff and learners.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
