Job summary

Community Hospital of Huntington Park in Huntington Park, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse II for full-time, 12-hour shifts with weekend availability. Base rate ranges from $45.16 to $66.40 per hour, with overtime earnings from $52.69 to $77.47 and a $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus for full-time staff.

The RN will provide and coordinate patient-centered care, lead in nursing practice, and uphold AIDET/ SBAR communication standards while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience preferred in the applicable area.
• RN license and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate patient care according to established nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
