Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires. You will provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients, collaborate with the care team, and educate families about treatment plans.

Required: ASN/BSN in nursing or equivalent, 1–2 years in cardiac/telemetry, and active RN license with BLS; ACLS/CCRN preferred. Join a faith-based, non-profit system with a strong mission.

Qualifications

• AS in Nursing or BA/BS in Nursing required or preferred
• 1–2 years cardiac experience preferred
• 1–2 years telemetry experience preferred
• RN license required; BLS required; ACLS/CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with medical, surgical, or other conditions.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and plans of care.
• Coordinate care with ancillary services and other departments.
• Act as patient advocate and document care with the care team.
• Interact with physicians and hospital staff to coordinate treatment.
• Involve patients and families in developing individualized care plans.
• Uphold Baptist Health hospital mission and standards.
