This is a full-time, nights position with rotating shifts. Applicants must have a BSN, RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS certifications, and prior ICU/PACU/ED experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA‑accredited program.
• Current RN license required.
• 1 year of RN ICU/PACU/ED critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, patient education, and transitions of care.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within nursing practice.
• Deliver care according to Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model.
