Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Registered Nurse with strong neuro experience to join our team in Mission Hills, CA. You will provide care to a high acuity neuro population in a Level 2 Trauma and Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center.

Responsibilities include managing complex cardiovascular and trauma cases, STEMI recovery and ICU/PCU overflow, with emphasis on patient stability and rapid response. Local licensed applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, LA Fire Card.
• Locals accepted; pending licenses are not accepted.
• First-timers are not accepted.

• Provide care for patients with cardiovascular issues, multi-trauma, gunshot wounds, strokes, motor vehicle accidents, and orthopedic injuries.
• Work in a STEMI receiving center with CABG/Valve/IABP, CRRT, Sepsis, and Surgical cases.
• Manage 12 overflow beds and float between PCU and ICU overflow units as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, LA Fire Card.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Locals accepted; pending licenses are not accepted.
• First-timers are not accepted.
• Weekend work is not required, and there is no on-call requirement.
• Any requested time off must be noted at the time of submittal.
