Ascension Franklin ICU at Franklin, WI, seeks an experienced RN for night shift and PRN coverage. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, monitor patient progress, and communicate critical updates to the care team.

You will coordinate care across physicians and specialists to ensure a seamless treatment experience and lead discharge planning for a safe home recovery. The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing diploma.

Formación

• Current RN license in Wisconsin prior to start date.
• BLS certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date.
• Diploma in nursing or equivalent licensure at time of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi‑state/Compact State.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
