Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a part-time ICU bedside RN for Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH. The role supports a 2:1 or 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, with 12‑hour night shifts (7p–7a) and every third weekend. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The ICU emphasizes leadership in patient care, collaborative rounds, and bedside documentation. Applicants should have critical care or telemetry experience and NH (or compact) licensure; BCLS/ACLS are required or soon after hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year critical care or telemetry experience preferred.
• RN License—NH state or any other compact state.
• BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certified or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Registered Nurses in our ICU are leaders and partners in patient care with a 2:1 or 1:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio.
• Multidisciplinary rounds support physician/nurse collaboration and bedside documentation using the electronic system.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurses in our Intensive Care Unit are leaders and partners in patient care at Exeter Hospital. The units strive for a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 2:1 or 1:1, which allows the nurse to truly make an impact on the patient and family. Multidisciplinary rounds are one way to support a strong physician/nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued. Our computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside. The nursing leadership team partners with our education staff to provide opportunities for career enhancement and professional development.
