Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
• BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire; other certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and records initial assessment and prioritizes care according to patient age and needs.
• Re-assesses patients to identify progress and plan timely interventions.
• Develops and implements measurable, individualized care plans.
• Makes nursing decisions based on patient outcomes and adjusts the plan as needed.
• Documents and communicates interventions and outcomes clearly to the care team.
