Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet unit competency expectations and leadersh p of self/others/leaders.
• Assess and record initial patient assessments and set priorities by age/symptoms.
• Reassess patients and adjust plans based on progress.
• Develop and implement a measurable plan of care within nursing standards.
• Make nursing decisions based on data and outcomes; modify care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Document timely interventions and evaluate care results.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with team and physicians.
