CHRISTUS Health in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care across age groups on the assigned unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and quality consistent with unit standards and organizational mission.

The nurse will educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and support colleagues on a dynamic team. Night shifts, full-time, and adherence to policy are required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current NM RN license or Compact state license.
• BLS certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date.
• Additional nursing certifications should be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Mee ts initial assessment and sets priorities according to patient age and needs.
• Re-assesses patients and adjusts plan of care based on progress.
• Develops a measurable plan of care and implements it within Nursing Standards of Care.
• Makes nursing decisions based on data interpretation and outcomes.
• Provides patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Documents timely interventions and evaluates care outcomes.
• Performs Point of Care testing procedures.
• Performs Point of Care testing procedures.
