Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights

Facility: Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Staten Island, NY

Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisor experience in long-term care and excellent communication skills.

Availability: Evenings and Nights

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
2. Help establish and implement employee policies and procedures
3. Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical and career advice
4. Maintain standards of care for the unit
5. Review resident records and quality of care
6. Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
8. Represent the unit's interests with upper-level management

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• 2 years of long-term care experience (preferred)
• 1 year of charge nurse experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude and leadership qualities
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional communication skills

Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000
