Role Overview: An RN House Operations Administrator provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as a clinical expert, collaborate on care protocols, conduct staff training and mentoring, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Address patient and family concerns, stay updated on nursing advancements, and maintain accurate records of education and compliance activities.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing, 5+ years of acute care nursing experience (critical care preferred), current Illinois RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
