Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Toms River, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide in-home hospice care across Ocean and Monmouth counties, visiting clients on a per-visit basis.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, monitoring client conditions, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team. Clinical experience in home health preferred; RN license in NJ required.

Qualifications

• A current NJ RN license is required.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.

BAYADA Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Toms River Hospice office. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Ocean and Monmouth counties.

Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$40-$42 per hour
